Абстракт

Синдромът на Melkerrson-Rosenthal е рядко заболяване с неизвестна етиология и се характеризира с триадата периферна парализа на лицев нерв, географски език и оро-фациален оток. Наличието на поне два от изброените фактора са необходимо условия за поставяне на клинична диагноза. Етиологията на заболяването е неизвестна. Представяме случай на пациентка на 35 години с рецидивиращи лицеви парализи и географски език, както и обзор на литературата. Заболяването е трудно за диагностициране и лечение и познаването му е от съществено значение за клиничната практика.
