Electrophysiological changes in visual evoked potential in patients with migraine
Keywords:
changes, migraine, visual evoked potentialsAbstract
Changes in visual evoked potentials (VEPs) in migraine patients have been the subject of numerous studies over the years. The latencies and amplitudes of the VEPs were studied in different types of migraine – with aura, without aura, episodic and chronic, compared with control groups of patients. This review covers and presents various studies on the issue, which have contradictory results and lack of reliable evidence about the usefulness of applying the method for migraine.
